Window Install Enclosed Cargo Trailer Conversion

As my brother put it, “it’s no longer like sleeping in a coffin”. The lack of windows made the trailer feel very uncomfortable especially in the mornings without natural light. Adding the windows has been the second best improvement to the trailer second only to the air conditioner.

I chose to go with 2 – 14″x20″ on either side of the trailer. They look pretty small in the pictures, but even those small windows have made a huge improvement. I made one attempt to install one of the windows and it didn’t go as planned so I took it to a local RV repair store and had them install the windows.

Windows: $300

Install: $270

Total: $570
